The British Council’s series of free online courses has been launched by SoCreative with the aim of helping ambitious African entrepreneurs grow sustainable creative businesses.

The SoCreative eLearning platform is aimed at early-stage entrepreneurs who want to turn their creative pursuits into sustainable and fulfilling business endeavors.
Free, self-paced courses guide you through the process, from learning about Africa’s creative industries to finding the right market for your idea, differentiating your business, finding investors, business management skills, and more. It is designed to be possible.

Upon completing the program, participants receive a certificate of achievement. This will entitle you to apply for ongoing support to accelerate mentoring, coaching, incubation and creative economy programs through the British Council network in participating countries.
SoCreative Summit Annual Series
The launch of the SoCreative eLearning platform coincides with the culmination of the SoCreative Summit annual series.
The fifth annual SoCreative Summit, hosted by the British Council and Business and Arts South Africa (BASA) in partnership with PACE, will be held from 9th to 10th May at Victoria Yards, Johannesburg. Ta.
