Chandrika Gera Dixit, a street vendor, quit her job in Haldiram and started a vada pav stall in Delhi’s Sainik Vihar. She became famous after her entrepreneurial journey earned her praise on social media. Last month, she also collaborated with Bill Gates-approved Dolly Chaiwala.
However, many people criticized her “attitude” online. On Wednesday, a video showing a rather violent altercation between Dixit and the Delhi Police went viral. The video also claimed that Delhi Police had arrested Dixit.

Many users reacted to the video criticizing Dixit. “From the day she started her sob campaign, she knew she was a fraud,” the user wrote. Another user commented: “She knows where the money and fame is in new India.” A third user responded: “This kind of filth deserves a long stay in a mental ward.”
According to a video shared by Dixit on Instagram, she organized a bhandara in Delhi’s Pitampura area on her son’s birthday. However, people protested against such an event being held on a busy road. While sharing the video, she wrote, “Bhagwan ke bandare pe kiya mana.”
Last week, Dixit had a heated exchange with the crowd around him. The argument escalated and Dixit got into an argument. physical fight with another woman. However, some men intervened and separated the women, but an enraged Dixit continued to scream.
