Ann Arbor – Bill Mayer, Senior Vice President of Ann Arbor SPARK, one of Michigan’s 18 Smart Zones, joins Matt and Mike on MITech TV to talk about the services SPARK provides to entrepreneurs in Washtenaw County.

Startup Services Work with a team dedicated to accelerating early-stage technology companies at Michigan’s most successful startup incubator. Entrepreneur Bootcamp teaches Lean His Startup Methodology and pairs early stage startups with experienced entrepreneurs and mentors.

SPARK’s Site Selection Consulting provides down-to-earth resources to help you provide local data, showcase, and simplify the process of location projects. Our experts can help businesses looking to grow in Southeast Michigan take advantage of the various state and local incentives available. We can help you with your talent acquisition needs. Gain insight into the greater Ann Arbor region’s talent pool and work with SPARK to build and grow your workforce. We have the data to help you understand local demographics and other research-based insights.

SPARK provides municipal support and works closely with the public sector to attract businesses and talent to our communities.

Funding We partner with experienced investors who fund early-stage technology startups and help grow the state’s angel investor community.

SPARK’s Capital Programs team provides education, mentorship, and funding to entrepreneurs who are ready to launch their first startup, taking them from idea stage, start-up stage, to growth stage.
