France is Utah’s third largest export market within the European Union. France’s trade mission to the Southern Region has led to a signed Letter of Intent, and academic cooperation is already being fostered, including a signed partnership for student exchange between the University of Utah and the University of the Cote d’Azur.
The visit to Mexico, one of Utah’s most important trading partners, led to the creation of a historic alliance known as the Utah-Mexico Joint Partnership. This partnership will strengthen the economic relationship between Utah and Mexico, support Utah’s strong Latino business community, and create collaborative business opportunities for years to come.
