At our Valvoline instant oil change business, we primarily provide quick oil changes and other small preventative automotive services. Service will be primarily drive-thru, allowing customers to remain in their vehicles from start to finish.

The project is located on the east side of Far Hills Avenue, about a quarter-mile south of the intersection of Far Hills Avenue and East Whip Road.

The area surrounding Fireside Drive, just off Far Hills Avenue, has many stores, including Jimmy John’s and Huey Magoo’s on the north side, and Mike’s Car Wash, McDonald’s, and China Cottage on the south side.

The new 1,500-square-foot building will include three service bays and 11 parking spaces, according to plans submitted to the city. In a letter to the City Planning Department, Miamisburg civil engineering firm CESO Inc. said Valvoline would develop the site, including improvements such as asphalt paving, a parking lot, concrete sidewalks and landscaping.

Valvoline is a “traffic reduction device,” so the improvements are not expected to have a negative impact on traffic congestion, the company said. “Ample queuing space has been provided on site to ensure customers do not have to queue on the street,” CESO said.
