Highly-anticipated prospects for FSU (continued)
-Running Back Byron Lewis
Short summary: At this point, it may be sounding like a Patrick Surtin Sr. article, but this is another prospect from American Heritage that the Seminoles have been committed to for quite some time, and while the Ohio State Buckeyes appeared to have the lead at one point, Florida State made one last summer visit that might help them retain Surtin.
-Wide Receiver Deylan McCutcheon
Short summary: Florida State doesn’t have a wide receiver prospect in its freshman class that could land four-star quarterback Tramell Jones Jr., but four-star Daylan McCutcheon from Lucas, Texas, looks like a strong candidate to get into the class. While the hometown Texas Longhorns are struggling, Florida State will have the last laugh.
-Tight end Hollis Davidson III
Short summary: Four-star tight end Hollis Davidson III recently withdrew his commitment from the Auburn University Tigers. After backing out of his commitment, he decided to take an unofficial visit to the Seminoles, then scheduled his official visit in Tallahassee the weekend of June 21. Davidson III seems to be happy with the program and what it has to offer.
