T-Hub, India’s leading startup incubator, today announced the unprecedented success of T-Recruit 2024, a dynamic recruitment drive that brings together startups with top tech talent. The initiative aims to foster a vibrant startup ecosystem in Hyderabad and beyond by providing a vital platform for job seekers to find the best opportunities and recruiters to access top talent.
T-Recruit 2024 addressed the critical talent acquisition needs of India’s fast-growing startup industry. The event saw active participation from startups and large corporates, resulting in numerous successful matches and placements that foster innovation and growth within the startup community.
T-Hub’s commitment to excellence was reflected in the remarkable results of T-Recruit 2024. With 92 registered companies and 769 recruiters, including notable participants such as Tao Digital USA, Monitra Healthcare Private Limited, Ariqt International and DataBeat Consulting Pvt Ltd, the event attracted a record number of participants, cementing its position as a top talent destination for startups. Over 6,000 job seekers competed for opportunities offered by leading startups across sectors, showcasing the vast talent pool available in the Indian tech industry.
T-Recruit 2024 saw over 180 matches between startups and candidates, of which 85 offers were made to promising talent, marking a major step forward towards driving innovation and growth in the startup community. Notably, the inclusiveness of the initiative was highlighted by the diverse pool of recruiters and candidates representing a wide range of sectors, including AI/ML, deep tech, HR tech, defense, health tech, pharma tech, sustainability, SaaS, IoT, and more.

In the last two campaigns, T-Recruit has garnered registrations of over 4,000 job seekers and participation of around 150 startups, highlighting its growing impact and success. Inspired by T-Hub’s unwavering commitment to supporting startups and nurturing the wider ecosystem, T-Recruit was launched based on the 6M, 2P framework, where “M” stands for talent and includes five pillars: Money, Methodology, Market Access, Mentorship, and Motivation. Furthermore, “P” stands for partnership and policy advisors.
