Kearney Community Learning Center (KCLC) at Sunrise Middle School is pleased to announce that their annual Farmers Market will be held on Wednesday, July 17th from 3pm to 6pm at the Hilltop Mall.

This event is open to the public and anyone is welcome to attend and support the middle school students.

The Farmers Market will showcase the hard work and creativity of Sunrise Summer KCLC students who have spent the summer designing and building products through the program’s entrepreneurship classes. The event provides a unique opportunity for students to experience the process of bringing a product to market, from concept to sale.

“We are very proud of our students and their entrepreneurial spirit,” said KCLC Director Michelle Arehart. “The Farmers Market is a wonderful opportunity for our students to showcase their talents and gain real-world experience in entrepreneurship.”

Items for sale at the market will include a variety of handmade items, crafts and goods made by talented middle school students. The event aims to not only highlight their creativity and hard work, but also teach them valuable business skills.

We encourage community members to get involved, support young entrepreneurs and buy their unique products. Your support will be a valuable encouragement and will help nurture a new generation of innovative thinkers and doers.
