The Rowan Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (RCIE) was named one of five finalists from the Americas among universities nominated for the 2024 Triple E Awards’ “America’s Most Impactful Initiative of the Year” award in June.
The Triple E Awards will be presented by the Council for Entrepreneurship and Engaged University Accreditation at the 2024 ACEEU Americas Forum at the University of São Paulo in Brazil, and celebrate global achievements in entrepreneurship in higher education.
RCIE Assistant Director Jessica Vattima represented Rowan University at the awards ceremony.
“To be recognized on a global stage is a tremendous honor and further recognition of the incredible opportunities and resources available to Rowan University students to learn and grow,” Vattima said.
ACEEU praised RCIE for its mission to “empower the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators and change-makers” and for its impactful programs and events.
The center, housed within the Rowan College of Business’s School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, supports students and connects members of the Rowan community with aspiring business people from across the region.
