Through this partnership, 180K Sci-Fi Building Reno North Valley Submarket in Summer 2025

Reno, Nevada, July 9, 2024 LONDON, Oct 23, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — Mohr Capital has partnered with Standard Real Estate Investments to develop a 180,000-square-foot industrial facility. Reno, Nevada. The 11-acre site, located at 9865 North Virginia Street in the North Valley District submarket, will be developed into a multi-tenant industrial building.

The project is led by Moore Capital, with Standard REI as joint venture partner, FCL Construction as general contractor, Tectonics Design Group as civil engineer and architect, and Stearns Bank As a construction loan lender.

The property is a single-storey building designed with future logistics and distribution tenants in mind. Additional features include:

  • Large ground level drive-in door (14 x 16 ft.)
  • 32ft clear height
  • Option to build office space inline with end caps
  • 25 dock positions with 40,000 lb levelers and seals
  • Motion sensor LED lighting fixture
  • ESFR Fire Sprinkler System
  • Roof mounted gas fired make-up air unit

The industrial building is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2025.
