Accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP has announced the winners of its Bay Area Entrepreneur Awards, which recognize ambitious leaders of fast-growing companies who are creating a more equitable, sustainable and prosperous world for future generations.
Regional winners were selected by an independent judging panel comprised of past winners, leading CEOs and other business leaders. Nominees were evaluated based on their entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to purpose and success in creating long-term value through demonstrated growth and measurable impact, among other key metrics.
This year’s Entrepreneur Awards celebrate the ingenuity, courage and entrepreneurial spirit of business leaders of all types. The program celebrates inventive founders who bootstrapped or raised outside capital to grow their companies from the ground up, transformational CEOs who innovated and jump-started existing organizations, and multi-generational family business leaders who reimagined legacy business models to strengthen them for the future.
“The 2024 Entrepreneur Of the Year Bay Area Award winners are outstanding business leaders who drive innovation and accelerate company growth in their industries,” said Chad Bower, EY partner and co-director of the Entrepreneur Of the Year Bay Area program.
“These entrepreneurs exemplify how to build a successful, growing business while caring for their employees, customers and communities,” said Renee Mendez, partner at EY and co-director of the Entrepreneur Of The Year Bay Area program.
